Fall Sunday School begins Sunday, September 10th at 9:00 a.m.

  • WAVE & RIPPLE upcoming events: Back to School Bash at the Tim & Joni Calkins' home for pool fun Sunday, August 20th from 5:00 - 7:00. Ripple begins August 27th from 4:00 to 5:00 and Wave From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m at the church. Click here for details.

  • Lunch & Learn, Sunday, August 27th after Worship Service. The Ingenerational Team will share their experiences from the Great Passion Play.

  • Presbyterian Women will kick off the 2017-2018 year with a Salad Lucheon on Wednesday, September 6th at 12:00 noon in the church parlor. Click for details or visit the Presbyterian Women's page.

  • Choir Season rehearsals begin Wednesday, August 30th, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. in the church sanctuary. Please consider joining this fun and dedicated group who bring joy to the church as they uplift the Lord in song.   • Sunday School starts up Sunday, September 10th. Find registration forms on the back table of the sanctuary. Please complete by August 27th. We look forward to seeing you all! We are looking for Sunday School teachers. If you feel the spirit's nudge to serve there is a sign up sheet at the back of the sanctuary.

  • New Life Sunday School Class will use "You'll Get Through This," by Max Lucado. Class starts September 10th. Book is $10.00 - sign up at the back of the sanctuary by August 29th. Click here for additional details.

  • Camp Calvin Crest Quilt Auction Fundraiser Saturday, August 26th. Bid online or in person. Click here for details.

  • Church Photo Directory Update. We'll be taking photos of church members September 17th & 24th. Please take a moment to sign up and have your picture taken.

  • Faith in Action. Come serve at People's City Mission work days (2nd & 4th Wednesdays at 2:00 p.m. See the Mission page for more details.

  • New Lunch Bunch Bible Study during the week from noon- 1:00 p.m. beginning this fall. If you'd like to attend, please check the sheet on the table at the back of the sanctuary and days that would work for you. Thanks!

Eastridge Food Pantry


Special Needs: Toothpaste, Shampoo, Deodorant, Lotion, Bar bath soap and Hand soap, Laundry soap, Juice, Sugar/Flor, Cooking Oil (small bottles), Hot Cereal/Granola Bars/Breakfast Bars, Condiments (ketchup/Mayo/Miracle Whip), Quick cooking Rice and Pasta Packets, Pudding/Jello.

Donations of any any food items are always welcomed. Place donations in the pantry box to the left of the elevator. The Food Pantry can always use cash in order to purchase food too. If you wish to donate make Checks made out to Good Shepherd and designated for the food pantry. Thanks for your continued support of this much needed and GREAT program!

Barnabus is in need of volunteers. Times to fill are Thursday 9:30 to 11:30 AM to assist in the store during shopping and Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons for sorting and putting up donations. Click here for more detailed needs and information about Barnabus.

Aluminum Cans Build Habitat for Humanity Homes.

Bring your aluminum pop cans to the church where there is a large receptable near the elevator on the the lower floor for your donations. Thank you, thank you!
